The Virginia Department of Health’s collaboration with Project ECHO in New Mexico has given us a powerful framework for addressing the opioid epidemic. Health care providers across the state now have access to critical information and community resources to help those affected by substance use disorders. Positive outcomes often require complex treatment plans and a variety of community partners.
